Contained about Girieud
(....) On the wall of the rotunda balcony, Mr. Girieud symbolizes Astronomy by four groups, each of three standing women, which are the Months grouped by seasons and arranged symmetrically on each side of a couple: seated man with a reclining woman near him: Day and Night. Most of the characters are dressed or draped. All of them appear vigorous, of busty forms, even a little heavy, with muscles hardened by the practice of sports. They compose a sort of frieze, under an intense blue sky crossed by stars and signs of the zodiac, and appear lunar in their general coloration, by the fact perhaps of the rather poor lighting at the place where this marouflage is marouflaged great composition with a classic spirit.
