And it is they, with the varied bouquet of their real personalities, who communicate to the Salon d'Automne this youth, this freshness, this freedom which constitute the whole value of this autumnal exhibition. In reality, time demolishes small chapels, leaving only the original artists.
These original artists, we meet them by touring the rooms, from Room I to Room XVIII, and also in the adjoining rooms, or even in the surrounds where are placed painters who certainly deserve walls less sacrificed.
