| Yesterday afternoon, Mr. Petsche, Under-Secretary of State for Fine Arts, chaired the presentation, at the Musée de l'Orangerie, of panels by Pierre Girieud for the University of Poitiers. The Minister was received by Mr. Henri Verne, Director of the National Museums, accompanied by several members of the administration of the National Museums: Mr. Louis Hautecoeur, Mr. André Dezarrois, Mr. René Huyghues, Mr. Schommer, Mr. Gaston Poulain, etc ... On the other hand, the Prefect of Vienne, the rector of the University of Poitiers, Mr. Raymond Isay, the sculptor Pompon, the Marquis of Magallon, Mr. Fernand Mazade, Mr. Alfred Lombard , Mr. Charles Fegdal, the Count of Rohozynski, Mr. Barat-Levraux, Mr. Father Petit, Dr. Grangier, Mr. Lenoble, Mr. René Kerdik, Mr. Bagary, Mr. Tony Reymond, Mr. Georges Bouche , Mr. Alfred Athis, Mr. Maigret etc ... etc ... came in turn to congratulate Pierre Girieud warmly, while Mario Meunier, who posed a figure for the panels, took his friends to see how well he was wearing the suit of Pythagoras.
